Includes two 6" steel steering arms, brass thrust washers, cotter pins, castle nuts and washers.  Spindles are machined from 4130 steel forgings, drilled top and bottom for steering arm or tow hook attachment, and black oxide coated. Accepts Anglia style splindle mount wheels. Steering arms (p/n 31217) are profile milled from 1/4" 4130 steel.
