Uses 1410 series U joint. "B" = 3.720" Manufactured from high strength heat treated 4140 steel, giving over twice the tensile strength of OEM.

Manufactured from through hardened 4140 high strength steel. Proper housing ends are required.

40 Spline Lightweight Steel Spool

MW 40-spline allows the largest and strongest axle available for the Dana 60. Due to the large spline, 58505 wheel bearings and proper housing ends are required For use with 4 series gears, (4.56 to 7.17 Dana Spicer Manufactured gears) (4.10 to 7.17 other manufacturers' gears). 40 Spline Aluminum Spool

MW 40-spline aluminum spool allows the super light gun drilled axles in the Dana 60™ rear. Due to the large spline, 58505 wheel bearings and proper housing ends are required for use with 4 series gears (4.56 to 7.17 Dana™ gear) (4.10 to 7.17 other manufacturers' gear). Manufactured from aluminum forgings.

Replacement Main Cap

Made from from billet steel with an increased cross section and heat treated grade 8 hardware (included). Requires precision measuring of the cap bore and milling of cap parting line to install. Normally, only the driver’s side cap has to be replaced.

Installation Kit

Contains all of the parts required for a complete ring and pinion installation. Includes pinion and carrier shims, pinion seal, preload shim, ring gear bolts, pinion nut, cover gasket, gear marking compound, and brush. Timken® bearings and races are supplied for the pinion and carrier.
